House Beef Burger

 

A burger is a popular dish consisting of a patty of ground meat, typically beef or chicken placed inside a sliced bun or bread roll.

The patty is often cooked on a grill or pan and can be served with various toppings and condiments, such as cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, bacon, or chilis, along with ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, or other sauces.
Above picture preparation:
• 200 gm Angus Beef
• Broiche Toasted Bun
• Rocca, Iceberg Lettuce
• Cheese
• Mustard mayo, and caramelized onion served with French fries, and coleslaw on the side
