served with Arabic bread and garlic sauce.

Thyme jus
•Mushroom sauce
•Peppercorn jus

The ingredients of the Harissa Halloumi sandwich are: •  Halloumi :  A semi-hard cheese from Cyprus, known for its squeaky texture and ability to be grilled or fried. •  Harissa : A North African chilli paste made with a blend of chilli, peppers, garlic, spices, and herbs. It adds a spicy kick to the sandwich.
