Oriental Mix Grill

   Oriental mix grills are a popular dish found in many restaurants across the Middle East and Asia. They typically feature a combination of grilled meats, such as  chicken, lamb, and beef, as well as vegetables and bread. The Above shown picture is an example of a oriental mix grill which we are normally using in our restaurant. Basically,Oriental Mix grill Comes with: •Kofta •Lamb kebabs •shish tawook •lamb chops served with Arabic bread and garlic sauce. Choice of sauce: • Thyme jus •Mushroom sauce •Peppercorn jus

Harissa Halloumi Sandwich

  A Harissa Halloumi Sandwich is a delicious and flavorful vegetarian sandwich that combines the unique flavours of halloumi cheese and harissa paste. The ingredients of the Harissa Halloumi sandwich are: •  Halloumi :  A semi-hard cheese from Cyprus, known for its squeaky texture and ability to be grilled or fried. •  Harissa : A North African chilli paste made with a blend of chilli, peppers, garlic, spices, and herbs. It adds a spicy kick to the sandwich. Typically, a Harissa Halloumi Sandwich includes: * Grilled halloumi cheese slices * Harissa paste spread on the bread * Other ingredients like vegetables   ( tomatoes, lettuce, cucumber )   or additional sauces (mayonnaise, mustard) The Above picture shows  Halloumi cheese and harissa in za'atar spiced ciabatta bread served with French fries.

Classic Club Sandwich

  A sandwich is a dish typically consisting of meat, cheese, or vegetables used as a filling between slices of bread  or, more generally, any dish in which bread serves as a container or wrapper for another food type and allows it to be finger food. The name "sandwich" is derived from John Montagu, 4th Earl of Sandwich, an 18th-century English aristocrat. Classic Club sandwich is a hearty & delicious sandwich that typically consists of the following layers: •  Bread : mostly, the club sandwich is prepared on white bread. Or we can prepare it in a brown slice bread its upon the guest choices. •  protein :  Grilled chicken breast, turkey bacon, egg •  vegetable : lettuce or tomato •  Condiment : Mayonnaise Served with  coleslaw and  French fries   

House Beef Burger

  A burger is a popular dish consisting of a patty of ground meat,  typically beef  or chicken placed inside a sliced bun or bread roll. The patty is often cooked on a grill or pan and can be served with various toppings and condiments, such as cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, bacon, or chilis, along with ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, or other sauces. Above picture preparation: • 200 gm Angus Beef • Broiche Toasted Bun • Rocca, Iceberg Lettuce • Cheese • Mustard mayo, and caramelized onion   served with French fries, and coleslaw on the side 

Um Ali

  Um Ali is the delicious Egyptians desert  that's often described as a bread pudding. It's a rich and comforting dish that's perfect for any occasion. Ingredients : •  Bread: Traditionally, flaky pastries like puff pastry or  phyllo dough  are used. However, you can also use croissants, palmiers, or even stale bread. •  Milk: Whole milk or heavy cream is commonly used. •  Sugar: Granulated sugar  is added for sweetness. •  Nuts: Chopped nuts like almonds, pistachios, and pine nuts add texture and flavour. •  Raisins: Raisins add sweetness and a chewy texture. •  Spices: Cinnamon and vanilla extract are common spices used to flavour the pudding.

Fermentation: Fermentation is a metabolic process in which organisms convert carbohydrates, such as starch or sugar, into alcohol or an acid. It occurs in the absence of oxygen. Alcoholic fermentation: This is the most well-known type of fermentation, used in the production of alcoholic beverages like wine, beer, and spirits. Yeast converts sugars into ethanol and carbon dioxide.
